1. Payment Methods
The Box Boutique accepts payments via third party services, Shopify Payments and Paypal. Shopify accepts all verified payments using Visa, Mastercard or Amex credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pound Sterling (£). Any payments made using foreign cards with international currencies will be processed in Pounds and a conversion rate will be applied by the bank, card issuer, or tertiary service used to process this payment. In the case of a refund, payments via non-uk cards may vary slightly from the original amount charged. This is determined by the fluctuating exchange rates with the relevant currency. If you have any queries regarding a refund amount, or currency exchanges please contact our e-shop team.
Delivery, Shipping & Returns
Upon cleared payment, all orders will be processed within 1-2 business working days. We aim to process all orders on the same day of purchase before 2pm BST. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday - or next working day when UK national holidays apply.
Orders are shipped via DHL or courier services for central London orders with same day delivery requests. Once the order has been processed, an email will be sent out to the email address provided with a tracking number and delivery details.
It is essential that you provide accurate shipping information to avoid any unwanted delays.
If you would like to return an item, you must do so within 14 business days from the day of delivery. You are expected to submit a written notification to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. A refund will be issued via the payment method used to make the original purchase. We do not offer free returns, which means you will be refunded for the cost of the item purchased not your total order. In the case of a damaged item, please inform us of the situation with pictures upon receiving your order and we’ll provide further instructions and a full refund including shipping costs.
Orders with a Central London Shipping address are provided with a Same-day Delivery option. Orders placed with this service option must be placed by 2pm for same delivery. Any same-day delivery orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the next day. Certain Greater London addresses might require more than a day for same-day delivery.
In the case that an item has been listed incorrectly due to a typography error, or any other mistake, orders may be cancelled due to unavailable stock. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders prior to processing the payment. If your card has been prematurely charged for any erroneous purchases, a full refund will be issued asap.

When you make your first purchase, you open an account and provide us the information requested and necessary to place the order and have your purchase delivered. We keep your purchase and navigation history on our website to better serve you, unless you ask us to delete it.
You also provide us with personal information when entering your details in our checkout process even if a final purchase is not made. You may choose to opt in or out of this data collection at the same stage of data sharing. We may contact you with specific orders on items you have placed in your basket, if you have opted for marketing communications during the checkout process.
You can also request that your account be deleted by contacting our E-shop. At this point, your account will be deleted as soon as any outstanding issue, such as your right to return merchandise according to our return policy, is resolved.
