Q: What if an item is out of stock?
A: If you’re interested in purchasing an item that is currently out of stock contact us directly. We’ll try to provide you with the item where possible, provide similar alternatives; or add you to our list of customers to contact if the item comes back in stock.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Visa, Mastercard or Amex credit cards and PayPal.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Once an order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email with your order details. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day. Once the order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with a DHL tracking number which you can use to track your order. If you have not received this tracking number within 24 hours, please contact us with your query and we’ll track this down with DHL ourselves.
Q: Are taxes included in the price?
A: All prices shown include taxes. All orders shipped from the UK to the EU will include tax in the price as reflected in your receipt. Orders outside of the EU will subtract shipping costs at checkout. The tax to be added to the item is determined by the shipping country’s taxation laws. Please inquire further via email or phone if you require information about tax to your shipping location.
